Appointments

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent cases as availability allows.

cancellations and no shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience.

In most cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

Emergencies

If your pet is experiencing an emergency during business hours, please call us immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

prescription refills

Please allow adequate time for prescription refill requests (48 hours). Some medications may require an exam or approval before refilling.
