The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute veterinary medical advice. A valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) is required before we can diagnose or treat your pet. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us at (605) 886-0898 or contact the nearest emergency veterinary facility.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to text messages from Apex Veterinary Center, you agree to the following:

Types of messages. We send informational and transactional messages related to your pet's care, including appointment reminders and confirmations, visit information and follow-ups, prescription and lab result notifications, and pet care updates.

‍ ‍

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your pet's appointments and care needs.

‍ ‍

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Apex Veterinary Center does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you can opt in again at our office, by phone, or through our online scheduler.

Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (605) 886-0898 or info@apexvetcenter.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
